Project SPARC gives youth between the ages of fifteen and twenty the opportunity to explore and discover future career pathways. This initiative is delivered by the Chinook Regional Foundation for Career Transitions. Project SPARC is possible because of the generous funding received from the Community Foundations of Canada Youth Catalyst Grant.
Project SPARC will help youth re-engage with their education, and will encourage them to see the value of completing high school in the broader context of future career opportunities.
Youth taking part in this program will participate in a variety of activities including:
- Career Exploration and Self- Assessment
- Skill Building Workshops
- Job Shadow/Work Experience
- One on One Mentoring
- Post-Secondary Connections/Tours
- Resume Building and Job Searching
- And More!
Youth participating in Project SPARC will benefit from the customized approach of the program.
Activities will be selected based on the needs, values, and interests of each participant!
